1. How do you usually work with clients?
Our goal is to create a high impact managerial role with you. The way we do that is that we mentor, we coach, and we give our clients context-driven tools and tactics for massive progress. So that you can have the impact you desire and deserve, you will develop the three fundamental management skills needed for this, and you will have mentoring to guide you along the way.
Most managers and executives want to make a difference in their work. They want to steer their ship towards the promised land, and ultimately make a dent in the universe.
The struggle is, that the work to be done seems to be neverending and there simply isn’t enough time to do it all.
So managers work more hours than needed while sacrificing personal time and relationships.
And while being strong in execution, managers often lack the needed strategic thinking and planning skills.
And while knowing bits and pieces here and there about finances, managers and executives don’t know what story their numbers are telling them, because they lack the strong financial skill base.
The result is, that they keep constantly hitting against the ceiling with their results. Their impact is capped and as work piles up, and challenges become bigger and angrier, their confidence starts to wane. And instead of prosperity, they create anxiety.
As a result, it is extremely difficult to break through the status quo and make the kind of impact the manager desires and deserves.
The way I overcame these challenges was by putting systems in place, that allowed me to free up my time and my mind, to focus on the future and start making a bigger impact. And get those stakeholders on board.
I have spent years learning and applying the foundations to my systems.
And this is what I’m going to give you. We will customize and develop those systems with you, and make sure, that you can implement them.
So you can make the kind of impact you want, and become so valuable to the company, that they can’t live without you. All you have to do is to put in the effort, trust the process, and be there when prosperity and progress knock on your door.
What you do to change that, is by looking at the difference between ‘Struggling Managers’ and Successful Managers. The successful managers put systems in place, which help them dictate the flow of their time and resources. They also know how to use specific tools to create a compelling strategy and influence stakeholders to make results happen.
All you have to do is manage the process and systems, and focus on rigorously implementing the strategies.
That allows you to free up your energy, build the confidence needed to thrive, and be proud of the heights you will have climbed with your team.
And now, you dictate the direction of your business, on your terms.
You will make a consistent measurable and scalable impact.
You will create innovation and contribute to the bottom line of the company quarter after quarter.
Because you will manage your time so efficiently and effectively, you will get all the important things done week after week, and you will even be able to work less than your full-time commitment demands.
Because your financial skills and strategic thinking capabilities will show up in improved business results and strong stakeholder buy-in, you will be seen everywhere, as a dominating leader in your industry.
You will be invited to teach these skills to other managers.
You will be invited to consult on different projects as a strategic advisor.
Ultimately, the impact you will make will create lasting change, spilling over to your team, and your clients and customers.
